Call for Live Demonstration Proposals

The IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Circuits and Systems (AICAS 2025) organizing committee cordially invites submissions for live demonstrations. AICAS 2025 will be organized in Bordeaux, France, April 28-30, 2025, and provides a unique platform for presenters to exhibit their functional systems engagingly and interactively, offering conference attendees first-hand experience of these systems. The conference will select and award the best demonstrations.

Each live demonstration should be grounded on previously published work or on a paper submitted to AICAS 2025. We look forward to receiving your proposals. Potential presenters should submit their proposal in a one-page demonstration overview through the regular paper submission system, choosing “Live Demonstrations” as a track. The one-page overview should include:

E

Author names, contact information, and affiliations

E

Demonstrator's contact information

E

If the demo is based on already published work, a reference to at least one publicly accessible publication of the work

E

If the demo is based on a paper submitted to AICAS 2025, a reference to the submitted paper, including the submission ID

E

The content of the demonstration (visitor experience) that will be presented during the demo session, and its connection to the work the demo is based on

E

The demonstration setup and, if needed, any special requirements

Please note that the demo overview will not be listed in AICAS proceedings. If you wish to publish the research outcome related to the demo, a regular full paper should be submitted separately to AICAS 2025.

Each demonstration will be allocated adequate space. The organizers will provide a 220 V power outlet, a table, and a poster board. Furthermore, wireless internet will be available in the demonstration area. Presenters are responsible for transporting any additional equipment required for their demonstration. If a demonstration requires special arrangements, these should be clearly indicated in the submitted demo proposal.
